Update caller ID settings

Updates the caller ID configuration for the specified extension. Only provided fields are updated. Send an empty array for allowed_list to clear it, or omit the field to keep existing entries. Trunk entries in trunks are merged individually; omitted trunk IDs retain their existing values.

OSC note: default_trunk and trunks fields are not editable by Online Self Care users — any values sent for these fields will be ignored.
