Get call forwarding settings

/org/{tenant}/v2/extensions/{id}/enhanced-services/call-forwarding

Returns the call forwarding configuration for the specified extension, including standard forwarding rules (unconditional, busy, no answer, line unavailable), app presence rules (dnd, busy, away), any custom app presence rules, the exclude list, and global options.
