List available ring group late announcements

/org/{tenant}/v2/files/rg-late-announcements

Platform support: MT and CC

Returns the list of ring group late-announcement sound files belonging to the specified tenant, for use as the repeated announcement played to callers who continue waiting in a ring group.

Returns an empty list when the tenant has no ring group late announcements. If the daemon is unreachable the request fails with 500.
