Execute batch extension update

Submit multiple extension update requests in a single batch operation. Each request targets a specific extension identified by resource_id and is processed independently.

Individual response statuses must be checked — the outer HTTP status is always 200 when the batch itself succeeds, even if some sub-requests fail.
