Create a dial group

/org/{tenant}/v2/dial-groups

Platform support: MT and CC

Creates a new dial group. Name and extension number are required. All options fields are optional; omitted fields default to an empty string (disabled). Defaults max_limit=1, loops=1, ring_strategy=all, looping_mode=per_ext are applied when not provided.
